Meghan strives to put the horse first while also helping riders reach their goals as an equestrian. She understands each individual horse and rider pair is unique and works to figure out what each horse and rider need. Kids and adults who want to better their relationship with horses in and out of the saddle should reach out today!

Private, Semi-Private, or Group Lessons are available to clients with their own horse or a leased horse located in the Dane County, WI area or near Ixonia, WI.  Whether you’re looking to deepen your connection with your horse, improve communication in the saddle, or build confidence on the ground, lessons are tailored to support the individual needs of both horse and rider. Meghan puts the horse’s well-being at the center of each session while helping riders reach their goals in a thoughtful, supportive environment. Her approach is ideal for kids, adults, and anyone looking to grow in partnership with their horse both in and out of the saddle. 

Meghan offers horse-centric training with a strong emphasis on relationship, communication, and overall well-being. Her work focuses on strengthening connection, resolving contact issues, building confidence, developing husbandry skills, and supporting complex or sensitive horses. She particularly enjoys working with young horses or ponies who have already been started under saddle and are ready for thoughtful, progressive development—though she does accept select cases to start. Emotional, mental, and physical wellness remain at the heart of her process. To provide each horse with the time and attention they deserve, Meghan keeps training slots limited.

A starter program for kids ages 6-12 offered in collaboration with Stonewall Ponies/Emily Elek. Together, both programs strive to create a positive, educational environment where students learn not only how to ride, but how to care for, respect, and advocate for their horses both on the ground and in the saddle. There are three core levels and each session runs for 12 weeks at a time. 

A month-to-month package designed for you, your horse, and for the partnership the two of you share. Gain clarity, grow confidence, stay curious, develop your own training eye, strengthen your connection, make consistent, steady progress. All in a program flexible enough to meet you where you are and structured enough to help you grow. Includes two in-person lessons, one virtual lesson, one Equestrian Compass Consult, and a personalized monthly plan with text support throughout the month.
